Wedding Honorarium
Your memorable ceremony
The customary honorarium for my wedding services in Nassau County is $2,000. Weddings that start after 7 pm and/or take place outside of Nassau County incur additional charges. If applicable, travel expenses and lodging are paid for by the wedding couple. Ask about destination weddings. The honorarium includes a suggested two to four meetings (either live or virtual), the ketubah signing and your actual wedding ceremony. I will be available to you to officiate at the ketubah signing and wedding ceremony for a total of one and a half hours. This is a realistic timeframe that allows for a comfortable pace. In order to be respectful of everyone’s time, it is important that we establish an actual time for the start of your ceremony, which is later than the time when you ask your guests to arrive (in most cases, one half hour). Additional meetings in advance of the wedding, or additional time spent together on the day of your celebration, can be arranged.
